TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE FOR Wallacebet Casino

18. DEFAULT AND BAILOUTS

Upon any default by You, Wallacebet Casino may request immediate repayment of all sums owed to the Company. If such an amount remains unpaid after three (3) days from the date of such a demand or any subsequent agreement on payment terms and conditions, Operator retains the right to take court action without further prior notice.

19. NOTICES

All notices to Users will be sent by email as per Your registered account details.

20. GOVERNING REGULATIONSThese Terms are in full compliance with all Maltese Gaming Authority requirements and regulations applicable to online gaming activities conducted in Malta, and we also comply fully with anti-money laundering (AML) practices as stipulated under the Laws of Malta regarding money laundering for legal purposes only.

21. CHANGES IN REGULATIONS

Wallacebet Casino reserves the right to make changes to these Terms without prior notice, if and when required by any applicable laws or regulations.

22. DEFINITIONSExcept where otherwise stated in these Terms, "WE", "US" refer to Wallacebet Casino (LCS Ltd, its corporate entities or affiliates); "YOU" refers to User; and includes You and Your representatives.
